Common questions
Do I need to choose a single service, or can you handle the full product?
Most of our clients engage us for the full product — design, development, and AI integration in one scope. You do not need to manage separate vendors or coordinate handoffs. That said, we can also slot in for a specific workstream like AI integration or a design system rebuild if you already have other parts covered.
How does the $6,500 MVP scope get defined?
Week 1 is dedicated to scope and strategy. We work with you to define the three core or AI features that make the MVP meaningful, confirm the tech stack, and produce the user flows and sprint plan. The fixed price covers everything listed in the MVP plan — there are no surprise add-ons for auth, Stripe, or deployment. If your scope is larger, we quote accordingly before any work begins.
What happens after the MVP launches?
Most founders move into the Growth Retainer so we can continue shipping features, respond to user feedback, and evolve the product as the business grows. The retainer is month-to-month — pause or cancel anytime. If you prefer to take the codebase in-house or to another team, we provide a full handoff including documentation, infrastructure notes, and a recorded walkthrough.
