We delivered the complete product across three separate applications sharing one Supabase backend: a Next.js marketing site, a full member app, and an internal admin CMS. The platform targets non-technical business owners with a $999/year subscription and a 14-day free trial, teaching them how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Midjourney, Notion, and Runway to automate workflows and grow revenue. We defined the brand identity, design system, and product architecture entirely from scratch — from zero to a live, subscribing user base.
The flagship feature is an AI audit that scrapes a business website, analyzes it via OpenAI, and recommends exactly five guides — each with projected ROI showing estimated time and cost savings. Getting this reliable meant engineering a two-step pipeline: a website scraper edge function followed by an AI analysis function, with robust JSON parsing to handle unpredictable model outputs. Designing a content-heavy platform for non-technical users meant every surface had to be immediately intuitive without losing the depth that justifies the subscription price. The admin CMS required a Tiptap WYSIWYG editor, drag-and-drop section reordering, and email campaign targeting by user segment — powerful enough for content editors, not overwhelming day-to-day.
